V pátek nastoupilo naše B mužstvo, posílené o několik hráčů A týmu, k přípravnému utkání na hřišti Klášterce nad Orlicí. Žamberk od záčátku svého soupeře kombinačně přehrával, nepouštěl domácí do nebezpečných akcí a naopak sám se dostával do šancí. V prvním poločase 2 z nich proměnil a v poločase, tak vedl 0:2.

Na začátku druhé půle po prostřídání se naši fotbalisté trochu hledali. Domácí toho využili, byli nebezpečnější a snížili na 2:1. To hosty probralo a začali Klášterec opět přehrávat. Přidali ještě další 2 branky po standardních situacích a stanovili tak konečný výsledek 1:4.
